Why do I mention this? Because being a local company means that we will always understand the significance of a satisfied customer. Polygon customers are our neighbors, relatives, and friends. We build our relationships with them as we do our homes: one at a time.
This is the way we’ve done it for the last several decades. Although we are proud of our successes, we continue to learn more, and strive to improve.
We’re not "just" a homebuilder; we create communities where families raise children, establish bonds with neighbors, and become part of something greater. Polygon employees have a great passion and desire to be their very best in the eyes of our customers, and they are the strength of our company. We have always believed that if you hire great people and empower them to take care of the customer, you have great success. Our success is measured by the families that live in our homes. It’s this commitment that moved our 10,000th family into their new Polygon home in 2006.
We all know the Northwest companies that are celebrated for their outstanding customer service and satisfaction. We want to follow in their footsteps. We don’t desire to be the biggest builder, just the best. And our people’s dedication to our customers is what will get us there.
We hope that, one day, all of our homes will be owned by families who were referred to us by loved ones, friends or colleagues in a Polygon home.
